Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
During busy seasons or for made‑to‑order items, processing may take a little longer as we prepare your piece with the attention it deserves.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking included.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey home.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot make changes once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping address must be a street address, no P.O. Box, please.
Please make sure someone is home to receive the delivery if your residence is behind a secure gate. If the courier is unable to leave your item, it will return to us. We can refund you for the item, but not the delivery fee.
Damaged Items
While we do not offer refunds, we want you to feel confident and cared for.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with you to make it right in alignment with our damage‑resolution process.

Each item is selected or created with intention, and many pieces are one‑of‑a‑kind or crafted in small batches. Each item is bubble wrapped and packed securely in strong cardboard shipping boxes.
For this reason, all sales are final.
